PARSLEY REFRIED BEANS

INGREDIENTS
2 cans (15.5 oz. ea.) pinto beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup water
1 KnorrĀ® Onion MiniCube, crumbled
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 KnorrĀ® Parsley MiniCubes, crumbled
PREPARATION

Process 1 can beans, water and Onion MiniCube in a blender or food processor until smooth.

Mash remaining beans with potato masher, then combine with processed beans.

Heat oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook bean mixture about 10 minutes, until thickened, stirring occasionally. Stir in Knorr® Parsley MiniCubes. Serve immediately.
