CLASSIC BLACK BEANS & RICE

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 can (15.5 oz.) black beans, undrained
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves, crushed
Knorr® Sazon with Garlic, Onion, Annatto and Coriander
1 Tbsp. white vinegar
1 Knorr® Garlic MiniCube, crumbled
Hot cooked rice
PREPARATION

Heat oil in a medium saucepan over medium-heat and cook onion and green pepper about 5 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in remaining ingredients except Knorr ® Garlic Seasoning MiniCube and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in Garlic Cube. Serve over hot cooked rice.
