PREPARATION
Process 1 Knorr® Beef flavor Bouillon Cube with next 5 ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth. Combine beef and marinade in a large plastic bag and turn to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours.
Remove beef from marinade, scraping off excess marinade, reserve marinade. Heat oil in a Dutch oven or a large saucepot over medium-high heat and brown beef. Remove and set aside.
Stir in water, scraping up brown bits from the bottom of the pot. Stir in reserved marinade and remaining 1 bouillon cube and bring to a boil. Return beef to Dutch oven, reduce heat and simmer covered about 2 hours, turning occasionally. Add carrots, potatoes and onion and simmer covered 40 minutes or until beef and vegetables are tender.
*Fell free to substitute 2 tablespoons Knorr Beef flavor Bouillon.
