PREPARATION
Season pork with salt and pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and brown pork about 4 minutes, turning once. Remove pork and set aside.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil and cook apples and onion about 8 minutes or until starting to brown, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar and stir until melted. Stir in water, KnorrĀ® Sauerbraten (Pot Roast) recipe mix and vinegar and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 minutes. Return pork to skillet and simmer until pork is done. Season with salt and pepper and serve with hot cooked noodles or rice.
