PREPARATION
Preheat oven 400°F. Grease or spray a 2-1/2-quart casserole with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.
Brown ground beef with onion in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Stir in green peas and carrots, Knorr ® Goulash (Beef Stew) recipe mix and water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 3 minutes.
Spoon into prepared casserole. Evenly spread mashed potatoes on beef mixture. Bake for 20 minutes or until potatoes are golden.
