PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°.
Dip shrimp in egg, then bread crumbs. Heat olive oil in a large nonstick skillet and cook shrimp in two batches until golden brown. Wipe out skillet with a paper towel.
Combine milk, cream and Knorr® Carbonara sauce mix in the same skillet and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens, about 3 minutes.
Evenly spread 1 cup sauce in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish, then arrange shrimp. Top with remaining sauce and cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or cheese is melted.
