PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 400°.
Brown sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, drain. Add onion and garlic and cook, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 3 minutes. Stir in milk and Knorr® Parma Rosa sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, until sauce thickens, about 4 minutes. Stir in rice and tomatoes.
Arrange red peppers in a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and evenly stuff with sausage mixture. Pour water in dish, then cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake uncovered for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
