CHEESY PESTO FONDUE

INGREDIENTS
1 package Knorr® Pesto sauce mix
1 cup sour cream
1 cup ricotta cheese
1-1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (about 5 oz.)
Cooked tortellini and Italian bread cubes for dipping
PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 350°. Combine Knorr® Pesto sauce mix, sour cream, ricotta cheese and 1 cup mozzarella cheese in a shallow 1-quart casserole.

Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup cheese and bake for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve with your favorite dippers.
