Show your salmon a little love...
Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange salmon in shallow roasting pan. Season with salt and pepper. Brush each fillet with olive oil. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons Spread in a large nonstick skillet and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 2 minutes. Add tomato and cook 1 minute. Stir in milk, Knorr® Bearnaise sauce mix and remaining spread and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Stir in capers and pour sauce over salmon.
