Spice up dinner tonight! Toss shrimp with lemon juice, garlic and cayenne pepper. Let stand 10 minutes.
Melt Spread in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook celery, red pepper and onion, stirring occasionally, until onion is tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in tomato and cook 1 minute. Stir in shrimp mixture and cook until shrimp begin to turn pink, about 1 minute. Stir in milk, water and Knorr® Newburg sauce mix and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens, about 1 minute. Serve over hot cooked rice. Your taste buds will thank you for this.
