PREPARATION
Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in 12-inch skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, 7 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken from skillet and keep warm.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in same skillet over medium heat and cook shallots, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Stir in anchovy paste, lemon juice, Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube and water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in cream and mustard and simmer, stirring frequently, 1 minute. Stir in cheese and parsley. Return chicken with juices to skillet and heat through. Serve, if desired, over thick slices of Italian or French bread.
