PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°.
In shallow roasting or baking pan, arrange chicken. Season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper; set aside.
In 1-quart saucepan, cook Knorr® Chicken flavored Bouillon Cube, marmalade, soy sauce, lemon juice and ginger over medium heat, stirring frequently, 2 minutes or until Bouillon Cube is dissolved. Spoon sauce evenly over chicken.
Bake chicken, basting occasionally, 40 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Garnish with parsley. Skim fat from pan drippings and serve pan juices with chicken.
