PREPARATION
In 10-inch nonstick skillet, melt Spread over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms and shallots, stirring occasionally, 6 minutes or until mushrooms start to brown. Stir in wine and Knorr ® Gravy Classics Au Jus Gravy Mix blended with water. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally. 6 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened. Serve sauce over steaks.
