INGREDIENTS
1 lb. ground beef
1-2/3 cups water
1 can (8-3/4 oz.) whole kernel corn, undrained
1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice
3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 3 oz.), divided
PREPARATION

  1. Brown ground beef in 12-inch nonstick skillet; drain. Add water; bring to a boil. Stir in corn and Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Spanish Rice; bring to a boil.
  2. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until rice is tender.
  3. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese until melted; top with remaining 1/4 cup cheese.
