PREPARATION
Season pork, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook pork, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes or until done. Add garlic and cook 30 seconds. Remove pork from skillet and set aside.
Heat remaining 1 tablespoon olive oil in same skillet over medium-high heat and cook carrots and onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Add KnorrĀ® Roasted Pork gravy mix blended with remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered 2 minutes. Return pork to skillet and heat through. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice.
