PREPARATION
Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook beef, in two batches, until desired doneness. Remove beef and set aside.
Melt remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in reserved syrup, scraping up brown bits from bottom of skillet. Stir in water and Knorr® Peppercorn sauce mix and bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Stir in oranges. Return beef to skillet and heat through. Serve over hot cooked rice. Enjoy!
