ROASTED ROSEMARY CHICKEN WITH HERBED PASTA

INGREDIENTS
5- to 6-lb. roasting chicken
2-1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
2 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1 tsp. lemon pepper
2 packages Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Butter & Herb quartered , prepared according to package directions
PREPARATION

Preheat oven to 400°.

Arrange chicken breast side up in 13 x 9-inch baking or roasting pan sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.

Blend seasoned salt, rosemary and lemon pepper in small bowl. Gently spread seasoning mixture under and over chicken skin, then inside cavity.

Roast chicken 1 hour 40 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of the thigh reaches 180°. Cover and let stand 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Butter & Herb.
