PREPARATION
For marinade, in food processor or blender, process all ingredients except steak until smooth; refrigerate 1/4 cup marinade.
In large plastic bag or nonaluminum dish, pour remaining marinade over steak; turn to coat. Close bag, or cover, and marinate in refrigerator, turning occasionally, 2 to 6 hours.
Remove steak from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil steak, brushing frequently with refrigerated 1/4 cup marinade, until desired doneness.
