PREPARATION
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: In 2-quart casserole, microwave ground beef with green pepper at HIGH 4 minutes or until beef is slightly pink, stirring once; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and microwave uncovered 14 minutes or until beans are tender, stirring twice. Garnish, if desired, with shredded Cheddar cheese and sliced green onions.
TOP-OF-STOVE DIRECTIONS: In large skillet, brown ground beef with green pepper; drain. Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes or until beans are tender. Serve as above.
