INGREDIENTS
1 package KnorrĀ® Vegetable recipe mix
2 slices whole grain bread, toasted and cut into bite-size pieces
1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
1 cup chopped walnuts, toasted
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
PREPARATION

Process all ingredients except olive oil in food processor until almost smooth. Slowly add olive oil and pulse until smooth; chill if desired. Serve, if desired, with your favorite dippers.
