HOT WHITE BEAN & SPINACH DIP

1 package KnorrĀ® Vegetable recipe mix 1 can (16 oz.) cannellini or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 package (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry 8 ounces Neufchatel cheese, softened 4 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese, divided

PREPARATION
Process KnorrĀ® Vegetable recipe mix, cannellini beans and cream cheese in food processor until smooth.
Stir in spinach and 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese.
Turn into 1-quart microwave-safe casserole, then top with remaining Parmesan cheese. Microwave at HIGH until heated through, about 2 minutes. Serve with suggested dippers.
SUGGESTED DIPPERS: pita bread cut into triangles, bread sticks, or your favorite vegetable dippers.
