PREPARATION
Preheat oven to 425°.
Arrange pork in 13 x 9-inch metal roasting pan. Season, if desired, with salt, ground black pepper and rosemary. Roast 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, blend orange juice, vinegar, brown sugar and salt in small bowl. Pour mixture over pork and continue roasting 10 minutes or until pork is tender. Remove pork to cutting board and loosely tent with aluminum foil.
Place metal roasting pan on burner and bring to a boil over high heat, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until glaze thickens slightly. Slice pork and arrange on serving platter, then drizzle with glaze to serve. Serve with Knorr ®/Lipton ® Italian Sides ™ - Creamy Garlic Shells.
