ASIAN BBQ PORK PLATTER

INGREDIENTS
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ
3 cups coleslaw mix or shredded red cabbage
1/2 cup Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing
3 cups leftover pulled BBQ pork or BBQ beef OR 1 container (18 oz.) prepared pulled BBQ pork or BBQ beef, heated
2 green onions, sliced (optional)
PREPARATION

Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ according to package directions; set aside.

Meanwhile, combine coleslaw mix with Wish-Bone Light® Asian Sesame Ginger Vinaigrette Dressing; set aside.

Spoon hot rice on serving platter, then top with pulled pork and coleslaw. Sprinkle with green onions and garnish, if desired, with chopped peanuts.
