INGREDIENTS
1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ
1 box (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn, thawed
1 package (12 oz.) hot dogs, sliced into bite-size pieces
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (about 4 oz.)
PREPARATION

  1. Prepare Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Baby Back BBQ according to package directions, adding corn during last 2 minutes of cook time.
  2. Meanwhile, cook hot dogs in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until golden, about 4 minutes. Stir in rice mixture.
  3. Sprinkle with cheese, then let stand covered until cheese is melted, about 2 minutes.
