DIJON CHICKEN 'N PASTA

INGREDIENTS
2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread, divided
1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into cubes
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 cups water
1 package Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken
1 box (7 oz.) frozen asparagus spears, thawed and halved
1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
PREPARATION

  1. Melt 1 tablespoon Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring frequently, 4 minutes. Add garlic and cook 1 minute or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and set aside.
  2. Stir in remaining 1 tablespoon Spread and water into same skillet and bring to a boil over high heat. Stir in Knorr® Pasta Sides™ - Chicken and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes or until pasta is tender.
  3. Stir in asparagus, Mayonnaise and mustard. Return chicken to skillet; heat through.
