BEEF CHOW MEIN BOWL

INGREDIENTS

1 lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut into thin strips 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil 1-3/4 cups water 1 package Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Classic Chow Mein 1 package (16 oz.) frozen stir-fry vegetables, thawed 1 cup chow mein noodles

PREPARATION
- Season steak, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown steak, in two batches, stirring occasionally, about 3 minutes. Remove steak and set aside.
- Add water to same skillet and bring to a boil. Add Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Classic Chow Mein and return to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 4 minutes. Increase heat to medium-high, add vegetables and cook, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until noodles are tender.
- Stir in steak. Sprinkle with noodles.
